Discuss the most common terms and how to use them in MSWord and or Text Edit:
Margin
Text Styles
Font
Alignment
Line Spacing
Page Set up (portrait vs landscape or vertical vs horizontal)

8th Grade Info Processing
Spreadsheet Unit Day 4 "Reading a Spreadsheet" and "Formatting a Spreadsheet"
Complete the questions on the work sheet.
Discuss some simple how to's and format your "Times Table" worksheet you created during the last class period.

7th Grade English
Finish the "Crazy Compound" worksheet and work on your own creation.

6th Grade English

Introduce and make a puzzle with the word processing terms provided in class.

Review formulas to memorize (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Add the following formulas to notes: Average, Minimum, Maximum, Count, Square Root.

Do Assignment lesson #1. This will be first official Spreadsheet grade.
